We are now in our 6th
year of hosting the NY's Capital Region Vegetarian Expo! The focus this
year will be on healthy living through a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. We
will have nationally recognized doctors and nutritionists available to
talk about the benefits to our health, the animals and the environment
of a plant based diet.
The Expo will be held at
the Polish Community Center on Washington Ave Extension in Albany. We
are excited about the advantages of this new location.
